Eiffel Tower & Seine: Parisian Crepe Cruise Delight

Great time on the river cruise but in order to get the free crêpes, you had to walk a little bit of a distance. It was freezing and rainy and it wasn’t worth walking that distance to get the free crêpes. But it was really nice seeing the Eiffel Tower and the different areas on the river. Did have a difficult time understanding whoever was speaking on the loudspeaker telling us what we were seeing when we were on the river.

Viator did not release paid tickets so it took us over an hour if denial in lines to finally receive our tickets that were paid for two weeks ago. The local worker at boat gate who was trying to assist us advised us that Viator sometimes has scammers involved. Boat ride was very nice. Had to walk over a mile for the crepe which the vendor who made the crepe actually had already made crepes that looked more like a thick burrito that he warmed up. We did mor have the chocolate or cinnamon and sugar option as noted on the tour information, we had lemon juice from a bottle and sugar. We took one bite and threw them away. Horrible! Would not recommend this tour.

We wasted a lot of time looking for the kiosk for the crepe tasting. Would have been helpful to have the name of the kiosk. Even then the staff at the kiosk were not familiar with the voucher. The boat cruise was enjoyable. Washrooms on board could have been cleaner.

Enjoyed the cruise but the crepe shop was closed so we didn’t get to enjoy a crepe although the details stated it opened until 10pm and we were there at 8:30.

Great cruise but had to fish for our crepes. The walking was too far for a two euro crepe. The gentleman pointed across the street and up the stairs.

It was difficult to locate my actual tickets for the cruise and crepe tasting using your app. Luckily the people at tha bateau Parisienne were helpful. Directions to crepe tasting were not specific.

Fantastic experience. Followed directions on the website and everything was perfect. So easy to get around. Great tour.

Cruise was excellent - be aware that the 'French Crepe Tasting by the Eiffel Tower' is misleading. The crepes are actually across the river about a 1/2 mile away. Ironically, there are crepes available at the dock (by a non-participating vendor). We opted not to walk the distance and felt the 'tasting' upsell was not convenient and somewhat misleading.

Awesome experience! It was a little unclear how the tickets were supposed to be downloaded from a different site beforehand. That needs to be made more clear and detailed. Otherwise, we had a lovely time seeing the eiffel tower. The walk to the crepes was not at the base of the tower. It was across the river and quite a distance away. That was a little deceiving.
